Respond to customer inquiries andprepare estimates to ensure satisfactory resolution. Negotiate contractterms favorable to the company while also delivering on customerrequirements. Drive sales KPIs including Time and Material processingrepair bookings and capital planning. Partner with Business Services Centerto validate accounts receivable information ensuring timely and accuratepayments.Operations & Field Management - Build a safe and effective teamenvironment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meetsquality standards as well as contract requirements. Responsible forcoordinating routes scheduling ordering parts and verifying payrollaccuracy while assuring fulfillment standards. Educate technicians onprocesses tools and standards through training and performance programsthereby continuously improving service delivery. Manage logistics andimplement preventive maintenance strategies.Communication Collaboration & Problem Solving - Act as a liaisonbetween internal stakeholders and customer to investigate resolve andaddress any operational challenges that may arise. Maintain relationshipswith local IUEC business agents and communicate effectively to resolvedisputes. Partner with New Installation and Modernization Project Managersduring contract conversions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboratewith engineers technical service staff and contractors to optimize projectworkflows and identify potential efficiencies or improvements. Quality andSafety - Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptional servicemaintenance warranty and repair offerings. Conduct Field Safety Audits atrequired intervals to ensure technicians understand and follow safe workpractices.
