Provide approved submittals and ensure timely deliveryof materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents tomonitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partnerwith Engineering and local & regional management for successfulcompletion of the project. Maintain vendor relationships and assist withmonthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change noticeopportunities prepare paperwork and secure customer approvals beforework begins.2. Financial Ownership - Manage project revenue size and adherence tofulfillment guidelines. Ensure timely invoicing targeting 90% payment priorto elevator turnover.3.
