You will collaborate with sales representatives fieldsuperintendents and customers to meet specifications and resolve technical issues.1. Project Management - Oversee new installation projects to ensure efficientprofitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely deliveryof materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents tomonitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partnerwith Engineering and local & regional management for successfulcompletion of the projectt. Maintain vendor relationships and assist withmonthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change noticeopportunities prepare paperwork and secure customer approvals beforework begins.2. Financial & Change Order Support - Monitor job financial performancetrack invoice collections bad debt and process progress payments..Facilitate with project scope prepare change order paperwork and trackchanges in SAP to ensure proper documentation. Ensure projects areinvoiced and achieve 90% - 95% payment before elevator turnover(dependent on contractual agreement).3. Customer Relationship Management - Establish and maintain criticalcustomer relationships to support project success. Submit certified payrollincluding tracking worker hours wages and fringe benefits in accordancewith prevailing wage laws.4.
