Take an active leadership role in the overall safety culture of the territory with regards to both employee and public safety by partnering closely with Territory FQE/Safety leadership (Job Quality/Safety site activities Safety Committee engagement).. Conduct Maintenance Quality Walks to measure the quality of maintenance performed and provide coaching and support to technicians. Mentor EI Field Superintendents and technicians to ensure proper training and development of talent within the territory. Develop and implement service management strategies with a strong emphasis on fulfillment operational excellence efficiency improvement and route planning. Champion connectivity efforts by becoming a Schindler Ahead product expert and holding territory accountable for proactively connecting the portfolio. Provide expert technical knowledge for all projects requiring additional oversight or intervention. Facilitate the integration of new systems (SHAPE) within Territory. Onboard and train new EI Field Superintendents; responsible for ongoing development & training for EI Field Superintendents and technicians. Meet or Exceed KPIsWhat you bringMinimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in relevant work experienceOther Qualifications: 5 years elevator industry experience Prior experience leading a team in a technical environment Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft-based computer software Willingness to travel up to 50% of the timeBase Salary $139500 - $174400The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience education location demonstrated skills and alignment with business priorities.
