Our mission is clear: to create a world where people can access help when they ask for it, no matter who they are.  And you will be a crucial part of fulfilling that mission.What You'll Do (and Why It's Important):Be a Helper: You'll give one-on-one training and support. You'll show people how to do tasks, give them helpful feedback, and answer their questions.Help People Learn: You'll break down complicated tasks into smaller, easier steps. You'll change your teaching style to fit each person's needs.Keep People Motivated: You'll create a fun and positive learning environment. You'll celebrate every achievement and encourage people when things get tough.Track Progress: You'll keep track of how everyone is doing, find areas where they can improve, and change your training methods if needed. You'll also talk regularly with your supervisor.Work as a Team: You'll work with staff in other departments to provide the best support.
