Here's What You'll Do:
Provides support to the In-Home and S.L.S. program by being the initial point of contact to visitors. Will provide extensive oral and written communication internally and externally in English and preferably Spanish language as well. Manages staff schedules between staff and families, Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes and performs the following functions independently under the supervision of the Administrative Director.

Here's What You'll Do:
Provides support to the In-Home and S.L.S. program by being the initial point of contact to visitors. Manages staff schedules between staff and families, Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes and performs the following functions independently under the supervision of the Administrative Director.
Essential Functions
- Handles the office management functions for Directors/Senior managers.
- Answers phones and takes messages or transfers calls to appropriate parties.
- Oversees and manages staff scheduling with the assistance and supervision of the Administrative Director using computer based systems.
- Develops weekly schedules for staffing and ensuring staff are aware of the amount of hours they are authorized to work each week.
- Keep track of staff callouts and tardiness.
- Keeping Administrative Director informed of P.O.S. expirations.
- Keeps track of and schedules vacation requests and hours for both Clients and staffing.
- Provide new client service overview to staff prior to first scheduled shift.
- Produce and maintain a telephone directory for departments supported.
- Establishes and coordinates meeting schedules and makes appropriate arrangements.
- Manages paper flow of the assigned departments, including photocopying, faxes, filing, data input, and data integrity and manages document tracking systems.
- Inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies for the departments supported
- Develop and maintain efficient and effective filing systems.
- Ensures appropriate quantities of program/publicity materials are on hand and distributed.
- Responsible for dealing competently and courteously with clients, parents and staff.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned documentation and reports. Documentation may include web-based, electronic and/or paper documents.
- Develops positive workplace relationships in accordance with SAILS' policies and Procedures with staff and peers by offering appropriate support within a nurturing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings and other team meetings in accordance with program needs.
- Adheres to the professional ethics and standard of conduct as established by professional licensure, the policies of The Redwood Family Care Network, legal, funding and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prefer two years specialized training emphasizing office management
- Three years of experience working within a business, mental health or education setting.
- Must have a California Driver's License.
- Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- No
