Plus, we’re proud to be accredited byCogniaand thePartnership for 21st Century Learning.At Goddard, kids aren’t the only ones learning and growing—you will too!DutiesWhat We’re Looking For:1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!)Completed state-required pre-service training (or ready to get it done!)Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammatesStays cool and professional, even when things get a little hecticCan lift up to 50l bs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!)Infant Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribsMust meet background check requirementsRequirementsPersonal qualities: Energetic, positive, reliable, hardworking, caring, dependable and punctualStrong instructional and classroom management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to young children, teachers and parentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times;The ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist in toileting (where necessary)Full Part Time availableNice To Haves6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired)Degree in Early Childhood Development (desired)Current TB within the last 6 monthsCPR and First Aid certifiedFingerprint Clearance card BenefitsPaid time off401 KEducation assistanceChildcare benefitsWorkplace perks and flexible work schedules
