We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, fire damage, mold, and other property disasters. Our mission is to provide fast, compassionate, and professional service during times of need. This job is located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, VA. Preference will be given to candidates that live within a reasonable commuting distance (roughly 10 miles). Looking for Bilingual Candidates that are fluent in Spanish!About the RoleAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure timely service delivery.
