Work Flexibility: Field-basedAs a Joint Replacement Sales Associate you work as part of a sales team learning and honing your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. Youmonitorterritorydevelopment andmaintainclear communication with the sales team.Our mission-drivenSalesAssociates will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service byassistingthe Sales Representative to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.Whatyou willdo:Assistconfident competitiveand results oriented salespeoplein promoting and selling Stryker products.Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.Assistwithbusiness development activitiestrack territoryprogressand communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.Provide exceptional service to customers.Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.Buildlasting client relationships with key stakeholders.Learn or hone selling skills andprocessthrough coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.On-call duties including evenings weekends and holidays asdeterminedbyterritoryneeds to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.Complete requiredtrainingsand certifications tomaintainproductexpertiseand readiness.What you need:Required:Bachelors Degree ORAssociates DegreeOR Medical Certification (i.e.CST PT CPT etc.) ANDminimum2years of related experienceHigh School Diploma AND minimum4years of related experienceMinimum4years of active-duty military servicePreferred:Medical related fields or B2B sales experienceDemonstratedteam leadership experienceSales or marketing internshipCollegiate extracurricular experience (e.g. student-athletes student government fraternity/sorority leadership etc.)demonstratingdiscipline teamwork and leadershipAdditionalinformation:This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.Must have a valid drivers licenseFluency in written and spoken EnglishAbility to lift push pull and carry up to 50lbsExerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects$60100 - $90500 salary plus bonus eligible benefits.
