Job Details Responsibilities: Troubleshoot electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all work is carried out in a safe, efficient manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical codes and apply this knowledge to your work. Manage electrical projects, coordinating resources and scheduling to ensure timely completion. Inspect electrical equipment and systems for safety and functionality. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Lead and mentor a team of electricians, promoting a positive, collaborative work environment. Use critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make sound decisions. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician license. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical field, preferably in the construction industry. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and electrical codes. Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of completing projects on time and within budget. Experience in inspecting electrical equipment and systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership skills, with a history of leading successful teams. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
