This long-term direct hire role includes a $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days. As a Welder you will work with advanced welding equipment to complete structural and fabrication projects while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Required Weld Test Welders 2G Pulse Arc Weld Test Must demonstrate proficiency in Pulse Arc welding processes Must meet all test requirements to qualify as a WelderEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate welding equipment using a variety of welding processes to meet quality standards Weld fabricated parts of structural metal products; plan sequence of operations Obtain and install electrodes or consumable wire into welding gun Set amperage voltage slope and pulse settings per procedures Start power supply strike arc and weld according to specifications Guide electrode or welding gun along weld line maintaining proper arc length and travel speed Weld in flat horizontal vertical and overhead positions Inspect welds for bead size appearance penetration and adherence to specificationsRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Welder in a fabrication or industrial environment Ability to read and follow weld procedures Proficient in Pulse Arc welding processes Ability to weld in multiple positions Strong understanding of welding parameters and safety practicesIf you are interested in this position click the Apply button above to submit your application.
