Job Description

Overview
We are seeking experienced and skilled Journeymen or Master Plumber. We do small commercial remodels and new construction as well as residential remodeling, insurance restoration work. We do a small amount of residential new construction. We also do a small amount of service work. We are looking for someone that is experienced with a variety of plumbing expertise. Someone who is able to run commercial, residential, and service plumbing alone and able to oversee projects.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as pipe threading machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
Perform construction plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, welding, soldering, and assembly of piping systems in accordance with project specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing installations on construction sites or during field service calls to ensure quality and compliance.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, pipe leaks, or drainage problems efficiently.
Engage in remodeling, maintenance work, and maintenance person tasks that may involve carpentry or basic building repairs.
Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members on site to interpret schematics and ensure accurate installation of plumbing components.

Experience

Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices, including pipe threading, welding, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical components related to plumbing infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and basic math calculations for measurements and estimations.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for field service work in commercial or residential settings.
Prior experience in remodeling projects or general maintenance work is highly desirable.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles required for some field service roles is a plus. Join us to bring your craftsmanship to life through impactful projects!
