The incoming associate will support senior attorneys across all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, conducting legal research, assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, coordinating with clients, and reviewing and analyzing documents in connection with ongoing matters.
