We manufacture and service all sizes and capacities of overhead bridge cranes, full or semi gantries, under hook attachments, wire rope hoists, transfer carts, chain hoists, and more.What We Offer:A highly competitive compensation package with annual wage reviewsA comprehensive benefits package and 401K ProgramA supportive team and continuous improvement environment where all ideas are exploredOpportunities for continued training, growth, and advancementJob Description: Assist in inspections and service on various models of overhead cranes/lifting devices Assist in extensive on site electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting Assist is on site repairs on overhead traveling cranes in conjunction with planned repairs Accountable for all the company issued tools, ladders, and inventory levels assigned to you Maintain all company equipment and assets in proper working order and neat or clean Manage and train apprentices as required Follow and abide by all Munck Cranes Service Division Inc. and customer Health and Safety policies and procedures Must be able to work in fast pace environments without sacrificing quality and safety Provide excellent customer service at all times Be available "on call" as part of service office rotation and provide afterhours service, as required Other duties as assignedExperience: High School Diploma or GED (required) 2 years working experience, preferably in an industrial or servicing industry Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts Willingness to work in all weather conditions Valid drivers license in good standing
