Our passionate team is dedicated to fostering creativity and growth in every child, making learning a joyful experience.Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 1-3 years.Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities.Monitor and assess individual children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive classroom community.Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and learning.Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Requirements:Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA certification or related field preferred but not required if there is experienceAt least 1 year Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management.Background check clearance as required by state regulations.Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a love for children.About Us:Little Angels has been a trusted name in early childhood education in Bangor, ME, for over 20 years.
