Location: San Francisco, CA 94158 Duration: 6 Months + Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr

Top Responsibilities

• Handling high volume non-tech req loads (30+) is a must
• Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
• Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.

Mandatory Requirements

Core Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech)
• Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs
• Stability: Seeking long-term fits; please avoid career contractors or resumes with frequent, short-term "jumps."

Key Competencies

• Business acumen: Strong stakeholder management skills with an advisory mindset
• Operational agility: Must thrive in a high-haste, fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• Autonomy: Extremely organized self-starters who can manage their desk and time with minimal direction

Desired Skills

• Preferred but not required: iCIMS knowledge, a non-tech background is preferred, operations background preferred
• Education: Bachelors preferred but not mandatory; minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
