JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Permanent) Our client an established global organization is looking to hire a Junior Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven autonomous individual in a thriving organization to develop relationships and drive sales.Responsibilities:Perform daily account management responsibilities to expand portfolio drive sales and increase business for the organizationManage a portfolio of small/mid-market accounts across North AmericaDevelop positive professional relationships with clients building on relationships to increase salesDevelop tailored sales strategies in order to achieve & exceed quarterly/annual revenue goalsUtilize a proactive approach to identifying new potential customers and identify opportunities within the business for salesAct as an owner of the product line performing detailed & enticing presentations/demonstrations targeting each unique business needManage the sales cycle from initial introduction through close overseeing each aspect to ensure a positive experience occursPerform negotiations with customers regarding sales and contractsCollaborate with various internal teams/team members to ensure seamless client experienceEnsure information is accurately recorded into CRM system tracking sales activity progress in real timeRemain up to date with market trends competitors and new innovations to the industryJuggle multiple deals at once possessing the ability to maneuver from one to the other with easeWork well independently as well as in a team environmentOther duties as assigned/as necessary Details:Position is full-time direct hireRemote flexible schedule/environment$90000 - $100000 annual base salary plus commissionsComprehensive health and retirement2 years of experience in software sales or selling to financial institutionsKnowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance software is preferredProficient with SalesForce HubSpot or similar CRM systemsStrong understanding of consultative sales processesGreat interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organization skills analytical and time management skillsMeticulous attention to detail Self-motivatedRelocation not available Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not availableAll employees and applicants please know that you have access at all times to New York State and Federal Labor Laws and Posters at the Government Agency websites: Key Skills Business Development,Customer Service,Revenue Growth,ABC Analysis,Account Management,Communication,CRM,Excel,Salesforce,PMP,Customer Relationships,Business Relationships,Sales Goals,Sales Process,CPA Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 90000 - 100000
