Most of all youre just as invested in providing value to your team as you are to achieve your lofty ambitions.What Youll Be Doing:Overseeing the processing and posting of incoming sales ordersEnsuring accuracy of order forms and POs before invoices issuanceRegularly following up with clients for paymentIssuing monthly reports on aged debtorsAssisting with reconciliations to ensure that data entry accuracy between the order processing and financial systemsAdministering typical finance-related necessities such as postings bank payments and reconciliationDebt collectionOther finance-related duties as necessaryWhat Youll Need:The ability to go into the Austin office 3 days a week1-3 Years experience within a finance or auditing role requiredHigh proficiency using Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of basic accounting systems An ability to gather solution-driven insights from data and assume responsibility for themKeen attention to detailSuperior time management and administrative skillsStrong work ethicExceptional communication and active listening skillsA high degree of self-motivation and ability to be effective working independentlyWorking experience with Salesforce a plusWhy Invicti:Your Health & Wellness Matters:Health Insurance: Taking care of our team goes beyond the office.
