Our Los Angeles office is seeking designers with 3-5 years of work experience to join our include Luxury Residential Office Hospitality and Mixed Use/Retail.What We Are Looking For:As a Junior Architect/Designer at Arquitectonica you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.Roles and Responsibilities:Understand both architectural design and documentation processesDevelop prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materialsContribute to construction documentation phases by executing red-marked revisionsWork collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestonesParticipate in the conceptualization of design projectsMinimum Requirements:Professional accredited degree in Architecture3-5 years of continuous professional working experienceExcellent design skillsTechnical experience using RevitProficiency in 3D modeling softwareProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in construction documentation is a plusEffective verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving skills attention to detail motivation to learnCollaborative and professional work ethicEmployee Benefits & Perks:Health insurance401KPaid vacation and sick time on accrual basis paid holidays Note: We encourage applications from candidates who share our commitment to collaborative excellence and professional growth.
