Junior Data Analyst at Robert Half

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support survey administration and data management for university-wide projects. This role involves working with institutional databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy to help drive informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and process internal and external surveys.Collect, clean, and organize data from student, faculty, and staff records.Maintain accurate logs of reports and deadlines.Prepare dashboards and assist with KPI tracking.Collaborate with departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.Support the development of forms, questionnaires, and institutional reports.Assist with special projects and events as needed.Required SkillsStrong analytical and data management skills.Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.Familiarity with data visualization best practices.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of survey administration and data collection techniques.Experience with educational software (e.g., Jenzabar) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
