Youll be on the front lines building pipelines of healthcare talent (CNAs LPNs RNs Med Aides Dietary staff and more) for hospitals nursing homes and healthcare facilities across Atlanta.If youre someone who:Loves talking to people and isnt afraid of rejectionThrives in a fast-paced high-volume environmentWants to learn recruiting from an experienced HR proIs motivated by performance-based earnings...then keep reading.What Youll DoSourcing & Outreach (50% of your time)Post jobs on Indeed LinkedIn Facebook and niche healthcare job boardsSource passive candidates via LinkedIn social media and referralsMake 30-50 outbound calls/messages per day to potential candidatesBuild and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened healthcare talentScreening & Qualifying (30% of your time)Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications availability and fitVerify certifications (CNA LPN RN BLS etc.) and work authorizationCoordinate background checks and credential verificationPresent qualified candidates to clients with detailed summariesRelationship Management (20% of your time)Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain communication with placed candidates to ensure retentionBuild relationships with healthcare professionals for referralsSupport client communication and candidate onboarding as neededWhat Were Looking ForMust-Haves:High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)Comfortable making 30-50 calls or outreach messages per dayStrong communication skills (phone email text social media)Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervisionOrganized and able to manage multiple candidates and clients at onceCoachable and eager to learnComfortable with technology (ATS Google Drive LinkedIn job boards)Nice-to-Haves:1-2 years in customer service sales HR or recruitingExperience in healthcare staffing or high-volume hiringFamiliarity with healthcare roles (CNA LPN RN etc.)Experience with applicant tracking systems (we use CareerPlug)Youll Thrive Here If You:Dont take rejection personally and can bounce back quicklyLove the thrill of the hunt (finding that perfect candidate)Are competitive and motivated by hitting goalsCan handle ambiguity and figure things out as you goWant to grow with a small fast-moving companyCompensation & Earnings PotentialBase Salary: $32000/yearUncapped Commission Structure:Temporary/Contract Placements (paid after 30 days of employment):Entry-Level Roles (Dietary Aides Order Fillers): $150 per placementSkilled Roles (CNAs Med Aides Forklift Operators): $250 per placementLicensed Roles (LPNs RNs): $350 per placementPermanent/Direct Hire Placements (50% at start 50% at 90 days):Entry-Level (<$40k salary): $400 per placementMid-Level ($40k-$70k salary): $550 per placementSenior/Leadership (>$70k salary): $700 per placementMonthly Performance Bonuses:10-14 placements/month: $300 bonus15-19 placements/month: $600 bonus20 placements/month: $900 bonusTotal Earnings Potential:Year One (Moderate Performer): $45000-$60000Year One (High Performer): $70000-$90000You earn more when you place more.
