Experience assisting customers with a wide range of technological proficiency levels. Hands-on experience supporting computers using relevant programs/systems (Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products) and troubleshooting information systems. Experience working with Active Directory. Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure. Preferred Qualifications Strong desire to grow and advance within an organization. Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support for end users through phone email and in-person interactions. Troubleshoot hardware software operating system and application issues. Assist users with varying levels of technical expertise ensuring clear communication and resolution. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. Support cloud-based solutions and collaborate on Azure-related tasks. Document issues solutions and technical procedures accurately. Maintain install and configure computer systems and software as required. Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
