Junior IT Systems Administrator at PSI CRO

This is an office-based position in Durham NCWe are looking for professional qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Jr. IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.The scope of responsibilities will include:Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problemsSupervised responsibility for IT support operations including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests assigning priority and responsible persons resolving requests and users notificationShared responsibility for installation configuration maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g. network cards printers modems mice add-in boards copiers etc.)Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories licensing systems decommissioning etc.)Is responsible for documentation of system problems and resolutionsAssists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff at the discretion of Training & ResourcingQualifications : College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 1 years of experience in ITMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plusRelated experience in systems and network administrationKnowledge of basic systems administration tools and processesAdditional Information : If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people then this is the right choice for you.For this position PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the futureRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Clerical,Abinitio,Chiller,Application Engineering,ELV,AV Experience: years Vacancy: 1
