What You Will Do:
- Participate in the development of procedures for new ultrasonic applications to be applied to forging multiples of various sizes and process histories.
- Motivate and encourage others to help team achieve success
- Plan and layout the details involved in particular tests, specifying conditions under which multiples are to be tested
- Act in a mentoring capacity, openly shares skills and experiences with others to grow and develop team members
- Support the cell's continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Refer difficulties to Supervisor or Team Leader.
- May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
- The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10) 6:00am - 4:00pm (6th shift).
Qualifications You Must Have:
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) and with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

- Must have a strong attendance record
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
- Must be able to wear a respirator
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
