Are you ready to make a mark and join us on an exciting and new journey? Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role as a Kennel Technician at VetNow Animal Urgent Care in Studio City, CA. The Kennel Technician supports the medical team by ensuring hospitalized and boarding patients receive attentive, compassionate, and safe care while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment. This role is essential to patient comfort, infection control, and overall hospital flow during urgent and emergent cases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide daily care for hospitalized patients, including feeding, watering, walking, cleaning, and comfort care Monitor patients closely and report changes in behavior, appetite, or condition to the medical team Assist with safe animal handling and restraint as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels, treatment areas, and hospital equipment Support technicians and veterinarians during busy urgent care shifts Assist with laundry, stocking, and organization of hospital supplies Follow hospital protocols for biosecurity, safety, and infection control Uphold and promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence in patient care Why you’ll love working for us: We are a privately owned company where the health and wellbeing of our staff is a top priority.
