Reporting to the Workflow Supervisor the Key Account Coordinator - Production serves as the liaison between Merchologys Sales and Operations teams and manages the timetable and flow for orders from assigned key addition this role is responsible for supporting production approvals shipping questions and issues and supporting the firm order process.Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pmA successful Key Account Coordinator - Production will:Own and understand the structure and status of Customers SLAs for all MerchSolutions orders.Meet SLAs through strong communication of order status with Customer Success Sales and Production teams.Create tickets and update the Sales Team on exception orders and damages caused during production.Conduct quality checks throughout the MerchSolutions process to ensure customer expectations are met.Locate and track Clients orders throughout the production and kitting process to ensure OTD. Support shipping and Fulfillment to a high level to include international shipments allocation issues communication with Customer Success Team and returns.Identify problems develop solutions and implement change as necessary. Create update and share information related to customer-specific dashboards.
