Gibbs 21st Century Teacher 25-26Title: Certified Teacher (2 positions)Pay Rate: $25Job Category: CertifiedResponsible to: Site Coordinator Principal After School Program CoordinatorJob Summary:This certified teacher will oversee the quality of the academic curriculum for the 21st Grant Program. The responsibilities may include but are not limited to lesson plan development alignment to school day curriculum and/or Ohios Academic Standards differentiated instructional plans based on a students individual needs and monitoring student progress. The teacher needs only be certified in one subject at the grade band served. Works up to 10 hours per week (includes planning time). Programming will occur at Gibbs.Responsibilities Include:Possibly serving on the BLT you serve in after school programming or connecting with students academic teachers on a regular basisParticipate in all professional development activitiesAttend required meetingsCollect and review students reading in math diagnostic assessments to ensure alignment with academic plansAssist and or plan academic lessons and possibly enrichment activities that support daytime lessons and learning as neededSubmit lesson plans to the Lead Teacher and Site CoordinatorCommunicate students academic progress with parents school day-time staff and Site CoordinatorAssess and monitor students progress and submit data to site coordinator extended day learning specialist and/or after school program coordinatorRespect the honor of the confidentiality of students and staff in the program.Follow the CCSD code of conductAvailable for programming that runs from 9/29/25-4/30/26 Mon-ThursAvailable for Orientation 9/23/25 from 4:15-6:45pmQualifications include:BA an education and licensed to teach in OhioExperience in interpreting and analyzing education educational dataExpertise working with youth with academic strugglesExcellent rapport with children and adultsStrong communication skills Key Skills Client Server,Account Development,Business Travel,Corporate Risk Management,Dsp,Litigation Paralegal Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
