We dont follow trendswe set the standard for precision trust and operational impact.Job Description:DTN is seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to own expand and strategically manage select portfolio of critical accounts. This role is essential to DTNs success: focused on strengthening long-term partnerships driving revenue growth and acquiring high-value prospects. You will act as a trusted advisor leading complex sales discussions identifying opportunities and ensuring DTN remains the preferred solution partner for our largest clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Growth & RetentionServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts leading engagement and expansion strategiesFoster deep relationships with executives and decision-makers ensuring DTN is their go-to providerDevelop and execute customized account plans identifying growth opportunities within existing accountsDrive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase account valueAchieve general knowledge of all DTN offeringsEnsure account retention and satisfaction by delivering solutions that exceed expectationsUtilize internal expertise and resources to help drive cross-selling opportunities identifying opportunities for expansionHunting & Acquisition of High-Value ProspectsIdentify and pursue exceptionally large high-value prospects that align with DTNs strategic growth goals as agreed upon with leadershipUtilize market research and networking to uncover new business opportunities based on named prospect target listLead high-stakes negotiations and presentations with senior-level executivesDevelop targeted strategies to convert major prospects into long-term clientsCollaborate with marketing and sales leadership to craft compelling proposals and pitchesCollaboration & InfluencePartner with internal teams including sales marketing finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of complex accountsAct as a voice of the customer translating account needs into strategic business initiativesProvide insights and recommendations that shape DTNs approach to large scale customersServe as a thought leader attending industry events conferences and networking opportunities to drive brand awarenessQualifications & Skills8 years of experience in strategic account management enterprise sales or high-value B2B client relationsProven ability to manage and grow multi-million-dollar accounts5-8 years software or SaaS experienceExceptional negotiation relationship-building and consultative selling skillsAbility to navigate high-level business discussions with C-suite and senior executivesStrategic thinker with a strong ability to identify opportunities and drive business growthAbility to build great internal partnerships with key business units functions and stakeholdersA consultative and professional approach to engaging with customersMust be assertive self-motivated and able to work under pressureStrong knowledge of working with a CRM system preferredExceptional communication interpersonal and leadership abilitiesWhat You Can Expect from DTNCompetitive SalaryUnlimited PTOCollaborative and dynamic work environment.Flexible working hoursRemote work modelCompetitive Medical Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $112000 and $150000. Estimated total on-target earnings will be $225-300K. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: prior work experience training/education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
