For more information about Solenis please visit .We would like this Key Account Manager to become an Area Manager within the next two years.GENERAL SCOPEManages an assigned account or group of accounts with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers.A Sales Service Professionals sole focus is to maintain revenue price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility. KNOWLEDGENormally top-level jobs requiring considerable knowledge of the job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general aspects and technical phases of the job and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered.JOB COMPLEXITYIndependently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments. Researches assignments processes and analyzes data and may develop recommendations. Competently uses computers and other systems to access maintain and manipulate data. May provide leadership direction to lower level technical or production positions may determine methods operations sequences; develops and/or modifies products and equipment to requirements.IMPACTImpact may affect work of others and potentially if not caught at section level. Contributes to and supports the completion of major organization activity. Erroneous work would have negative impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead Daily Management of the safety quality delivery and inventory of applications at a large key customer in Dallas TXSupport and perform standard work as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs generate weekly and monthly reports maintain inventory order materials equipment uptimePerform data analysis on program performance.Assists with customer technical issues brings any issues to the customers attention and work with area and district managers to put together a plan for corrective action.Build strong customer relationshipsPursue growth and swap opportunities to maximize customer value.Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical and Paper strongly preferred)Strong communication interpersonal customer service and sales skills.Ability to build client relationships easilyAnalytical ability and great problem-solving skillsPresentation skills and ability to convey product valueHigh-level organizational skills for maintaining sales of complex product portfolioSelf-confidence to support persuasion and sales effortsMust have a valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordAbility to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.Travel to our customer paper mill sitesPerks!Competitive health wellness benefit planContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growth!Recharge with paid time offCompany CarCompetitive Salary and bonusWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
