Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alikeMeet & exceed sales goal targets (daily monthly yearly)Meet & exceed targets for client data captureCreate & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: (sales UPT ATV)Maintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes follow up phone calls follow through of product repair or maintenanceSupport the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existingSupport the business through maintenance of daily operations such as but not limited to opening & closing the registers visual maintenance inventory tasksSet the example of operation excellence by following policies & procedures while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools & equipmentSupport the business by maintaining seamless inventory operations throughout the dayOpen and close consignmentsProcess returns and exchangesAbility to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients peers and managementDevelop business driving initiatives contests and eventsSupport the sales team through various coaching & training techniquesQualifications include:Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environmentFull understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilitiesA powerful and electrifying personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focusedThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
