Develop personalized programs to meet member goals. Develop and maintain a boxing client base. Teach safe and effective classes in accordance with industry standards. Show dedication to the member experience by promoting cleanliness and member engagement.Job Responsibilities: Create safe and effective programs Execute programs for a wide variety of members Maintain and record schedule accurately Represent the club, staff, and company in a positive manner at all times Maintain class statistics and records in Mindbody as directed* Maintain required certifications and complete continuing education to remain current with industry standards*Work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills Excellent listening skills Ability to motivate and nurture others Demonstrated selling skills Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Outwardly facing professional appearance Confidence and desire to create new relationships Must have CPR certification and Kickboxing certification from a national organization.
