The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Clubis looking for a Kids Activities Coordinator to join the Spa Team!Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach this town played an iconic role in the emergence of Californias surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and fun active lifestyle.The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms 115000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants a beach club lounge marketplace and in-room dining.At Waldorf Astoria we create unforgettable experiences for our guests meaningful opportunities for our Team Members and a positive impact in our community.Classification: Part-TimeShift: Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-4pmPay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $16.50 per hour plus percentage of the service charge and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.Want to learn more Hotel Website Facebook InstagramWhat will I be doingAs an Activities Coordinator you would be responsible for coordinating promoting publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Coordinate promote publicize and facilitate all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health clubPerform receptionist duties including but not limited to answering telephones taking and relaying messages processing and recording financial transactions scheduling appointments and stocking and maintaining supplies as neededMaintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal state local and company standardsAssist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safetyPerform general club duties as neededWhat are we looking forSince being founded in 1919 Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
