Job Title: RapidResponse - Senior Consultant / Lead / Architect Location: Remote Client: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Duration: Long Term Contract Pay Rate: $45/hr Visa Preference: USC / GC / H4-EAD / L2S (adjust as needed) Job Description We are looking for experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse professionals for Senior Consultant / Lead / Architect roles to support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives for a TCS client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, solution design, AMS support, and supply chain planning processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities in Kinaxis RapidResponse • Act as technical lead / architect for new supply chain planning implementations • Design and configure Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning solutions • Develop and maintain workbooks, custom measures, dashboards, alerts, and automation • Support AMS activities including issue resolution, enhancements, and production support • Drive business discussions with client stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions • Lead offshore/onshore development teams and review deliverables • Own Phase 1 execution covering Demand & Supply Planning modules • Support future roadmap initiatives including: • Demand.AI • MEIO • Wahupa / advanced planning capabilities • Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems like: • SAP ERP • Oracle ERP • Participate in architecture reviews, data model optimization, and deployment planning Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse • Expertise in: • Demand Planning • Supply Planning • Inventory Planning • Capacity Planning • Strong understanding of Concurrent Planning • Experience in Authoring workbooks, control tables, measures, scripts • Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes • AMS support + enhancement experience • Client-facing communication skills • Team leadership experience Preferred Skills • Kinaxis certification preferred • Integration knowledge with: • APIs • SQL • ERP systems • Exposure to AI modules in Kinaxis T (U.S.A): +1- E:
