As a company we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking an experienced Bathroom and Kitchen Designer for our Cary location.This is a client facing position, so the ideal candidate will be personable and able to cultivate and foster positive and respectful relationships with our customers, and other company team members during each project. Our ideal candidate will have experience in installation, service, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential bathrooms and kitchens. Licensed Plumber Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures. Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects. Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. Handling customer inquiries with care and professionalism. Troubleshooting and resolving problems. Preparing cost estimates. Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Complete all required documentation in mobile app. Qualifications: Current NC Plumbing Technician license or greater 2+ years of experience as a plumber. Good working knowledge of plumbing materials. Proficiency in using plumbing tools. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Good listening and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and patience. Physical dexterity.
