The Gaming Attendant will monitor the gaming area, assist customers, ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in the gaming area in a friendly and professional mannerMonitor gaming activity and enforce all applicable rules and regulationsCheck identification to verify legal age requirementsOperate lottery machines and gaming systems as requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming areaReport any suspicious activity or policy violations to management promptlyAssist with light stocking or cleaning duties when neededQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of agePrior customer service or retail experience preferredAbility to remain alert and professional during shiftsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable and punctualComfortable enforcing rules and policies when necessary
