Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager at Brown County Jail If you're tired of your current restaurant job & you have some cooking skills (being a great cook at home works too), this is a job for you! Great Wages & Benefits (we pay for experience) Hours from 10am - 615pm No late nights or early mornings Rotate weekend shift Very low, to no stress work environment No inmate contact Works alone Food Service Director responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing a team
  • Scheduling labor
  • Controlling profit and loss
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Ordering food and supplies
  • Cooking daily meals
  • Building rapport with the client
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Prior management experience in the food service industry is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Use of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow a recipe and standardized menu
  • Basic computer skills
  • Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
