- Managing and developing a team
- Scheduling labor
- Controlling profit and loss
- Maintaining inventory
- Ordering food and supplies
- Cooking daily meals
- Building rapport with the client
- Prior management experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Use of commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow a recipe and standardized menu
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
