Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Kitchen StaffDepartment: Production / KitchenLocation: In-person, Phoenix, AZ 85009Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4 10-hour shifts (6:00am-4:30pm), Occasional overtime on FridaysCompensation: Starting at $16.00/hourFlow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our Edibles Production team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edible products in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and Arizona state cannabis laws. Active Arizona Facility Agent card preferred.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFollow all production and sanitation SOPs for edible manufacturing and cannabis handling. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to batch recipes. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools. Assist with portioning, molding, cutting, and packaging edible products.Label finished goods in accordance with company and AZDHS compliance standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift. Complete production logs, batch documentation, and waste tracking accurately. Support daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Follow all safety, quality, and compliance policies at all times.QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a food production, bakery, or commercial kitchen preferred. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Basic math, measurement, and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a valid Facility Agent card.
