As a renowned resort known for its natural hot springs, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality, we are committed to providing an unforgettable experience to our guests.Position: General Cook's Helper/Prep CookLocation: Chena Hot Springs Resort, AlaskaEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: Assist the culinary team in various food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.Prepare and portion ingredients according to the recipes and menu specifications.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.Follow established health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.Support the line cooks and chefs during service by ensuring timely delivery of prepped ingredients and maintaining stock levels.Assist in setting up and stocking the kitchen stations for daily operations.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and provide assistance wherever needed.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training is preferred but not required.
