Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring: Kitchen Prep Teammate – Join the Heart of Our Cafe Crew!Just Love Coffee Cafe _ 5570 Old Hickory Blvd, Suite 101, Hermitage TN 37076We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our fast-moving, high-energy team.We’re open 7 days a week, 6:00AM – 5:00PMPart-time and full-time positions availableWeekend availability is a must (some, rotation, or most)Starting Pay: Average $14–$15/hr (this includes the tip pool share for every teammate - yes even our kitchen teammates!)What We’re Looking For:You’re dependable, self-motivated, and thrive on teamwork. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly and cleanly behind the scenes. You’re quick, focused, and always ready to lend a hand.What You’ll Do:- Wash, chop, slice, mix, dice, and prep fresh ingredients - Portion and label food items properly - Prepare batters, sauces, biscuits, and toppings - Prep items for catering orders with accuracy and efficiency - Follow recipes and stay on task with minimal supervision - Clean as you go—keep your station and dishes in top shape - Support teammates to keep the kitchen flowingNo kitchen experience?
