Responsible for assembling various documents and/or customer provided materials into completed kits Responsibilities:Perform pre-assembly duties such as; prepping boxes stocking assembly area gathering materials and organizing work areaFollow detailed procedures to perform routine packing work collating materials as necessary Pick and package a variety of printed materials or related items that require a variety of packing procedures and techniques.  Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping in accordance with customer specifications Count and sort inventory as required May prepare shipments of customer samples.Other duties as assignedQualifications : High School Diploma or GED preferredPrior warehouse or kitting experience preferredMust have the ability to read and interpret job specifications and identifying the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures techniques equipment and general warehouse procedures.Able to stock move arrange and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher-level employee. Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description quantity unit of issue and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.Skill in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents securely.Basic arithmetic to add subtract multiply and divide.Must be willing to flex schedule to meet the needs of production including working overtime or a different shift if needed.Must be able to use a ladder to pick items or to retrieve boxes or materials.Hours: 7 am to 3 pmJob requires the ability to exert up to 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 - 25 lbs. of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members as assigned. Ability to work overtime as necessaryAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of both a pre-employment background and drug screen.RRD is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteransRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
