Kitter/Package Handler (Aerospace)Start Time: 6:00 AMContract-to-Hire: 90 DaysPay: $17/hourOverview:We are seeking a reliable Kitter to support daily production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for assembling kits organizing materials and preparing products for shipment to ensure smooth workflow throughout the facility.Key Responsibilities:Pull sort and organize parts according to work ordersAssemble kits accurately and efficientlyPackage products following company standardsLabel scan and track materials through the internal systemReplenish inventory and maintain clean organized work areasInspect parts for quality before packingAssist with shipping receiving and material movement as neededFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualifications:Previous experience in kitting warehouse material handling or packaging preferredAbility to read work orders and follow directionsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to lift 2550 lbs and stand for most of the shiftReliable attendance and punctualityBasic computer or scanner experience a plusLinked LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
