Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers and RSA (Real-Time Spectrum Analyzers) for hardware testing andanalysis Perform I-V (current-voltage) characterization on a variety of electronic components and devices Conduct RF testing and debugging to identify performance or design issues Perform device tear down disassembly/reassembly and root cause/failure analysis Document teardown procedures and test results with precision and clarity Track test devices from initial intake through final resolution Assist software teams by locating critical data within device file systems under guidanceRequirementsKnowledge Skills and Experience: 4 years of experience working with lab instrumentation and basic test equipment Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management for lab supplies and equipment Competency in configuring calibrating and operating electronic test instruments Ability to train and provide technical support to colleagues and team members Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team-based environments Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook etc.)Qualifications Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a closely related field Knowledge of AI concepts and coding (e.g. Python) is a strong plusBenefitsMackin Talent offers an attractive benefits package which includes major medical carrier 15 days of PTO plus Holiday and Sick pay paid volunteer hours paternity/maternity leave and many more.
