This is a dynamic role at the intersection of healthcare and technology offering the opportunity to collaborate with laboratory staff leadership and IT teams to improve patient care!About the RoleWe are seeking a Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Analyst to support and optimize our clinical laboratory information systems including Epic Beaker middleware and in-house applications. This role ensures seamless integration of lab workflows instrument interfaces and reporting functions while providing end-user support training and system maintenance.Schedule: Monday Friday does require a weekday and weekend on-call rotation.Hiring Range: Typically between $78000/yr to $98000/yr depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support LIS Epic Beaker and related lab systemsBuild and manage test codes billing LOINC/CPT coding and result filesTroubleshoot and resolve system/interface errors and vendor issuesDevelop reports for lab leadership (quality turnaround times error tracking)Implement upgrades validate new software/interfaces and ensure compliance with regulationsProvide training and documentation for LIS applicationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors in Computer Science or related fieldMT(ASCP) MLS(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred Clinical Lab Sciences degree preferred2 years of LIS and middleware administration experience (Epic Beaker SCC Data Innovations)Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skillsStrong presentation and training skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionCertificationsEpic Beaker CP/AP within 1 year of hire requiredEpic Principal Trainer qualification within 1 year of hire requiredPay Range:$76687.00 - $115031.00The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
