Label Maker / Production Associate - 1st Shift

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Overtime: As needed on Fridays
Pay: $20.00/hour
Status: Try-Before-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Label Maker / Production Associate to join our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for producing accurate product labels, supporting production operations, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate label printing equipment and ensure accuracy of all product labels

• Verify label information, lot numbers, and product specifications

• Assist with general production duties as needed

• Maintain clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Support team members to meet daily production goals

• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Advanced computer skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
