Our Labor and Birth nurses work with all levels of acuity and learn valuable nursing techniques. Our units include L&B, OB ED, and High-Risk areas, staffed 24/7 with:• Board-Certified OB Hospitalists• OB Anesthesia• Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists• Highly skilled nursing and surgical teams• Structured Mentor programNurse-to-patient ratios:• Labor & Birth: 1:2• High Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)Nurse Residency Program for New GradsA dynamic program combining:• Simulation-based training• Classroom lectures by clinical educators• Hands-on preceptorship on the unitGain confidence, critical skills, and a strong foundation for your nursing career in a supportive environment!
