Job Details
Position: Labor & Employment Associate
Experience Level: 4-6 years
Location: Tampa office (full-time, in-office)
Practice Area: Litigation with required Labor & Employment experience
License: Active Florida law license required
Key Responsibilities
Manage labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Independently and collaboratively handle pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Organize and prioritize workload effectively to manage an active caseload
Qualifications
4-6 years of litigation experience, including labor & employment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines
