Job Details

Seeking Candidates With:

  • 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation with a strong interest in trial work.
  • Proven experience defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits.
  • Background in transactional employment work, including:

-Drafting employment and severance agreements
-Preparing EEOC position statements and DFEH responses
-Conducting witness interviews and depositions
Strong understanding of federal and state employment law compliance, including:
-Drafting workplace policies
-Advising employers on legal requirements
-Assisting with employment training programs (preferred)
Experience in traditional management labor relations is a plus.
Superior academic and writing credentials required.
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
