A bit about us:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of employment and labor law matters, ranging from high-stakes class action and PAGA defense for violations of the labor code to individual claims under the FEHA, the labor code, and other employment statutes (California and Federal), as well as at common law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of both state and federal labor laws, providing aggressive litigation defense while simultaneously offering strategic "advice and counsel" to help clients mitigate risk before litigation arises.

Job Details

Experience: 1+ years of dedicated experience in California Labor & Employment law.
California Bar: Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Must be able to issue spot, analyze, and advocate
Must possess strong writing skills
Must be professional and enjoy working in a team atmosphere
