Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLaboratory Director - Acute Care FacilityReports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)Team Size: Approximately 75 FTEsDepartments Overseen: Laboratory & PhlebotomyRole OverviewSeeking an experienced Laboratory Director to lead and oversee all Laboratory Services, including Blood Bank, Chemistry & Hematology, and Microbiology departments at a large acute care facility.This leader will manage operations, develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the organization’s mission and values.
