Regulations drive the need for our services but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.Our Denver CO Laboratory is currently seeking a Full-Time Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to join our team at our Evans CO satellite location.Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pmAs a key member of the Project Management and Sample Receiving team this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:Responsible for the login labeling storage and verification of client samples that arrive to Evans including reviewing chains of custody and notifying clients of any discrepancies. Reviews client protocols and verifies study is set up accordinglyIf needed helps sample receiving create and put together field sampling and sample bottle order kitsCoordinates with subcontract labs for sample delivery and project status and generates subcontract COCsWork directly with Project Manager Sample Receiving Group Leaders and clientsGeneral administrative project support such as keeping detailed project notes and records or organization and maintenance of project data files (quote chain of custody study plan/protocol lab instructions etc.)Assists with project tracking and interlaboratory communicationAbility to work within the LIMS and create/edit EDDsDaily transport of samples to and from main lab location in Denver.Operate a company vehicle (transportation of company samples)Pack sample cooler in preparation for daily sample transport.Other duties as assignedYOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLSTo perform this job successfully individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
